Our circ staff does a lot for me (marketing) already. Would it be tacky, do you think, to set up a display/station that asks the question on a large board accompanied by a table in which to place a check? Or maybe bowls to place a pom-pon or similar object? I know this type of thing does well in the children’s dept and maybe even teen, but is it cheesy for adults? I’m trying to think of a way to get interaction from patrons, but I’m not coming up with a clever theme for “How did you hear about us?” Play megaphones? street signs?
